Stock WGP ranger powertube in parkarized steel (stainless?). Powertube size is 10-32 and these are NOS. These are meant to be used with the ranger hybrid cup / valve retainer seals that don't have a seal on the cup seal and the seal is embedded into the valve retaining screw.
