Monkey mask by PMS! Good shape but painted camo and has a couple extra holes for Zip ties to hold on uvex. NOT SAFE TO USE! Not sure if foam underneath eyes is stock but nice to have and in good shape. MASK IS PAINTED camo. Uvex has crack. Doesn't matter because THIS SHOULD NOT BE PLAYED IN! Also has forehead foam. Only sold as a collectible wall hanger!!! NOT FOR USE! PMS= paintball mania supply (nitro duck!).
