Smart Parts Whaler loader. Black painted PVC, broken front. See pics. I think this is a “Whaler” loader that was sold by Smart Parts. This is made out of PVC and the front is busted in and that is why it's tapped up. See photos. Can likely be glued and fixed but sold as is. Has a butler creek scope lid on the back end.
