Classic JT Stock class harness, bad elastic. Elastic is in bad shape but harness is in good shape otherwise. Elastic is hard and looks like it will deteriorate and stretch out if used. End to end, waist is 35-36 inches but can be adjusted larger or smaller. Might go up to 39 or 42 inches?
